Bad service from ABSA credit

I have written to Absa credit card department, requesting a review of interest rate for my credit card as I feel I am being overcharged. From the 8 Jan 2024 I am being sent from pillar to post with no assistance until date. Absa does not care about their customers I have been with Absa for the longest time but they only care about their profits, overcharging us for everything. Look for other banks who’ll prioritise you as a customer I would not advise anyone to take a credit card with absa.
