Bad service from Absa Bank Insurance

The service I received from Absa Insurance is pathetic, I recently put through a claim for my geyser, and this was on the 23/07/19. To date, no one has assisted me, when I call them, they give me incorrect names and they lie about returning calls, which they never call back, it is sad that we pay monies for our policies because of the bond, and the service we receive from Absa Bank Insurance is digusting, very disturbing.
