Bad service from Absa Bank!!!!!!!

Hello Mr Peter, Maybe you can help me get somewhere with ABSA Bank. I have been trying to complete my Credit Card application for the past 3 weeks now and no response from ABSA. You would expect them to be one of the top customer centric banks due to the high Bank fees but wow is it just pathetic. When I call the agents hang up and you need to start the process of holding on the line for a few hours to just go through the same thing.

P.S Im pretty sure this review is too small to affect them in anyway or get the assistance I need. Maybe just to create awareness.
