Bad service from Absa bank

So frustrating when you want to close your Absa account and they refuse to close the account after it was paid in full. Account was under dept review and paid up letter was given. Got an email yesterday saying they account is still open and there is an amount of R61 outstanding. The account was paid in full view Dept Review, how is it still open, we have gone to so many different branches and keep on being put on phone calls to call centers, but they refuse to close the account. Very very bad service.
