Bad service from ABSA

Very bad service from absa bank.. applief for credit card two weeks back I’m still waiting. I don’t see and professionalism and efficiency with them. I app**** for the card to use it for emergency but now it’s dragging too long. I don’t think competitors would have handled this the same way
