Bad service from Absa and ANDRE ROUX Attorneys

I have problem with home loan I app**** from Absa to buy a house in Embalenhle Ext 12 in Secunda area and Absa appointed they're attorneys which are Andre Roux(Yvonne, tel no. ***)and the matter took long to register my bond account because first bond canceled and reply the second bond until the attorneys decided to send Absa email to cancel the bond but now they send me email saying Absa send them email saying they must stop the bond and they want me to pay the fee of R11 155.12 which I failed to understand because the is no bond anymore and I went to Absa to try to find the solution about all of this as Absa and ANDRE ROUX Attorneys are work together but they failed to give me answers so I help from you guys.
