Bad service from Absa

Absa is really the worst bank to deal with. On the 11 June 2024 my geyser was replaced through the Absa home insurance claim procedure. But the work that was done, was incomplete, I've consistently been phoning and emailing for absa to resolve the issue. Which is the ceiling wasn't replaced and the geyser that was replaced is leaking, I've consistently been trying to notify Absa, when I'm speaking to the operator that say they going to contact me again but no call has come my way. I don't know why they're ignoring me or handling the issue in such an unprofessional manner. It is absolutely pathetic.
