Bad service from ABSA

I have made a query last year before Christmas about my cash send which I didn't get from the ATM I still have slip which shows no money came out I then query that with Absa cashsend team till today 15th January I haven't received a call or a reply to my query. Saturday I made a cash send again to someone else I also didn't get the money because they change to wallet which the other person wasn't aware of ,so I then called in and spoke to the guy by the name of Thabiso who advised me the matter will be resolved before COB on Monday it's Wednesday today no response and no email has been sent to me to update me on my side. I'm very much disappointed with ABSA South Africa I've been a client with them for past 15 years and I've never had problems it's only started when we getting deducted for things we don't know and now I'm not getting response on my queries I've made with them. I wouldn't recommend Absa to anyone anymore
