Bad Service from ABSA

On the 3rd of Jan 2020, I cancel ABSA life cover that I was paying R36.12 telephonically. I was told that I was not going to be refunded which I did not understand why? I have other 2 life cover with Absa specific. I told the consultant that I won't have 3 life cover with one institution rather cancel the cover that I'm paying for R36.12. Several email were sent to *** and *** requesting my refund and cancellation proof. today is the 2/03/2020 ABSA has not refunded me nor to cancel the policy. furthermore they have been deducting from my salary. I have been banking with this institution my entire life. however, this incompetency is embarrassing for an institution like ABSA. I'm thinking of moving my investments and salary away from ABSA.
