Bad service from ABSA

I have a Business credit card and account with ABSA that I used for daily use so that we do not have to use cash and we can do a recon at the end of the month. ABSA can not get the credit card to show 1 credit card on my home page and there is 2 credit cards and if we load cash on the card it shows the wrong amounts. And every month the cards stops working even if we do a transfer to the card then it takes a week with my Business manager to get the card working once more. I only need 1 credit card option to show on my home page and want to check the amount reflect immediately after I do a transfer to the credit account and i want it to work all the time and not go down for a week every month
