Bad service from ABSA
ABSA is a HUGE disappointment!! We have settled our Home Loan with them on 26 March 2018 and the necessary documentation was e-mailed from a branch to the Home Loans division on 31 March 2018. We took the option to cancel the bond and they must send us the deeds title. Until today NO WORD from them at all. There is also a small amount due to us - are they going to give us some interest on this money seeing they are very quick to charge the client interest. I will never recommend you to anyone, as a matter of fact I am so relieved that I do not have any accounts with you any longer!! BAD SERVICE ABSA!!!!!
