bad service from absa

I had a problem with my account called the costumer care line they told me to go in to my nearest bank. I got on my bike traveled 110km to get to my nearest branch got there they called the same no. that I called and nothing was done about it. they have given me over on the end of the day and I told the poeple that called me that I will pay them back no problem but it will be the amount that I can afford to pay them back.
