BAD service from ABSA

I called in to ask for assistance since my absa app stopped working since last night (24-10-2018). I was transferred to an agent by the name of dineo. Who instead of he helping me, was asking me so unnecessary questions with a BIG attitude. And she decided to hung up on me. I don't appreciate this kind of service from a bank i've been banking with for 16 years. i'm not going to call the customer care again ABSA's service is pathetic. i will rather go to a branch and waste my time there FNB here i come
