Bad service from Absa

Absa bank service is bad rude call agent,branch staff dont know what they re doing you spend the whole day at the branch m closing my accounts and if m going to be charged R4000 for withdrawing without notice m taking this matter to Ombudsman &EFF they only care about rich peoples us we are not assisted sies .
