Bad customer service.

I have been contacting Absa for the provision of the WILL since they renounced from proceeding with the estate , i struggled since January to even get someone to ready the WILL for us. emails,call , several time ,no one bothers to get back Last email was sent Lebo Mbuyane who just ignores emails and never bother,I also spoken to ,another person spoken to was Sanmari lourens who send me from pillar to post I'm frustrated with Absa Why are the even wanting people to take WILL with them ,they must stop this WILL marketing
