Bad Service!

The ABSA branch at Table Bay Mall, Cape Town, needs new management. How can you only have 3 consultants assisting customers on a Saturday and it's month end? I waited for 20min and left and there was like 8 ppl infront of me to assist. Employ more people!!!!
