Bad service ever

Absa branch Bela-Bela the service that I got today was the worst service ever, today all including the manager were rode, since absa has changed the CashSend service it's been hard for me to get get quickly without a card. Absa never informed us about this new feature of CashSend. The stuff were busy chatting and the manager joined them instead of coming with a solution I had to stand for 16 minutes and 11 seconds listening to them chatting. She is not leading but encouraging bad service to the stuff in my own opinion. It's bad and the temporary mobile doesn't have enough shade. Absa used to be the best but second compare to non but today I was shown that they no longer care about us.
