bad service ever

<p>i joint absa bank in 2005 using savings account and never had i once had any problems with it until i moved to cheque account when my savings account expired..thants when i started having a problom with my cheque account. month in month out absa is taking my money at first it was R880 to R900 they took form my account ..when i called to ask why is this the consultant didnt have answers for me instead refered me to the branch where i was told that its admin fees..it went from bad to worse because every month it goes up. i am even considering taking this matter to the ombudsman..because the guy i spoke on midrand branch said its up to me if i want to close my account its not even in his control to stop i should do what pleases me. so absa really i need my money back.</p>
