Bad service ever!!

Good day I have app**** for a credit increase at absa via internet banking, the phoned me and requested the supporting docs ( bank statement and payslip). I did sent those document, then they sent me a msg that my application was approved and they have the confirmation of receiving the docs. After that they kept quiet, the following day I called them. The consultant told me that they haven't received my docs and my application wasn't approved. Thats bad service coz I did sent them my docs , I've been banking with for solng I wasn't expecting this from them
