Bad service

It is with a great dissapointment that a big bank like Absa could hardly assist their clients whose been banking with them for years and when their having crises, they told me that they cant assist me after I lost R2050.00 from my account while I was seating at home watching Tv.When I went to the bank to lay a complaint, they said it was done from my phone, from myself to myself.I don't understand why would I do such and for that matter I don't even know how to do cashsend under normal circumstances. After laying the complaint, they asked me to go open a case and make an affidavit.I did and sent it to them via email whilst giving me run arounds and fetting called by different peoole, but it took them two months to give me feedback after I called to find out how far are they with my query. Is it fair to be treated like this as a valued customer.I don't think it's really fair. What's even worse is that on the day I was at police station another lady came with the same query of the Absa cashsend of her whole salary. How is that even possible.I'm not happy at all and very disappointed with this kind of treatment I recieved from Absa bank
