Bad service

I made a transfer using internet banking the person I sent the cash never received it, called absa contact centre the guy was so rude and didn't even want to help he told me to wait another day I did, called again they just passed me from 1 agent to another sent an formal email to absa even now still no respond.thier service it's so poor
