Bad service

Good day I raised a complaint regarding money taken from my account on the 28 th of October I also complained on this platform this lady gave me feedback that 50 % would be paid back to me since saturday the 31st of october until today the 2 nd of November she has not came back to me via e mail or answering her phone nor has the money been paid back into my account this was the person assisting me dus far Nthabiseng Sibande Specialist Case Manager Customer Value Management
