Bad Service!!!!
SOUTHGATE ABSA BRANCH!!!!! I have been waiting for a customer service consultant to assist me for over an hour. The consultants are dragging their feet, chatting and giggling. Taking too long with other customers... No sense of urgency!!!What is the point of closing other branches if we not going to get Service!!!!! It's my 1st time waiting for so long at this branch... These consultants are too playful and slow... Absa please open more branches and give us Service!!!!!!!!!!
