bad service disappointed no help

i am in a situation where i urgently need money and the only way to get is from my investments , i called the call center about 5 times wasted over R100 airtime yet i still cant get a hold of them once i get into connect with them they hear my story and transfer me or cut my call yet i am asking for my own money and not one person contacted me back i'm very disappointed in absa yet i'm banking for many years and they don't treat there clients with respect and this is the second time this month first was with a voucher i bought and my money was taken but no voucher after only a month i received my month this heartless from them i cant even access it on my banking app i rather go to another bank
