Bad service

Not impressed with the service I'm getting from Absa I'm actually upset. My app is giving me issues, I'm unable to link my account and absolutely NO ONE at Absa seems to know how to fix it. I've been at the branch twice and then they tell me not to come back they will call me. Been waiting for the call it's been almost 3 weeks now dealing with this issue. I rated the app very low and still no assistance. 😠
