Bad Service

Absa Credit card sent their debt collectors called debt-in.Debt-in offered me 80% discount to settle my credit card debt.I made arrangements & paid the whole amount.Now I need my settlement letter , they are no longer responding.Suddenly I receive another email which offers me 80% again to settle. This has been hanging since last year December.I would never ever open any account with Absa,until they clear my name.
