BAD SERVICE
Good Day All
I trust you are well.
I open an account at absa 2017 for my vehicle, My vehicle was written off in 2019 and i had an out standing amount, i arrange the account to go to leagal or collections to pay off the outstanding amount. I saw on my credit report the vehicle account is still open since my last payment was made last year but today i see on my credit report i have still an outstanding amount, but the account has been paid up. i have tried going in to the branch but i never get help as the branch are busy , i want to close this account with immediate effect.
