Bad service

I did cash send withdraw and didn't receive the money.complaint were logged and they have promising and escalating and Management just **** to me said wil get my money back even today.and today mark a full month without help from Absa complain side.my case no C-***8.i lost faith and hope with my bank that I banker for decades .my kids are in danger because the money was paying the person that looks after kids.now my kids stay alone after school.had to go to borrow money from people while my money is with my bank.ABSA drained me and I regret trusting them and being a loyal client.
