Bad service

BAD Service- I have emailed Absa on the 28 January for an updated vehicle finance statement, I need one from Aug 2021 to date, I AM STILL WAITING. REF C-***7. This is under my husband' name but we have a join application. I have called Friday and today and they refuse to help me. I have send them the Power of attorney letter they should have on file, and they are still refusing to help me.
