Bad service

My wife passed away recently. We had a joint account with ABSA, now they froze the account. I am trying to get hold of the case manager, does not take my call, How am i suppose to make debit order payments considering there is a problem with the high court. PLEASE call me urgently@Lebogang Mashiane
