BAD SERVICE - CAN'T FIND MY PAYMENT????????????????????????????????

I took out a home loan with SA Home Loans. They settled all my outstanding account. No hassle. But ABSA can't find any payment made. The proof of payment is not good enough for them to search the payment that is made on 13.09.2017 and still not settled with the ABSA and today is 19.09.2017.

I spoke to a few agents. There words are, they can not look up the payment with the two different proof of payments I sent to them. There words once again. They can't look it up (even though the reference number is on the page) because this is not a good enough proof of payment.

This service is PATHETIC. I will never refer anyone to ABSA Vehicle Finance.
