Bad service

I have now for months trying to change some of my business accounts with Absa and add some products but to no avail. My allocated business manager just cannot get anything done and my complaints with Absa helpline has also fallen on deaf ears. It is as though they are just not interested anymore. I have been a private client as well as business client for over twenty years and never have I had such bad service. Definitely looking around to move my personal and business accounts.
