Bad service

I have paid up the settlement for my vehicle, however I have not received the necessary documents for me to be able to register the vehicle in my name at the traffic department.

I have asked for the necessary documents numerous times, however my request has fallen on deaf ears.

Please note that without these documents the vehicle which is a business car cannot generate income.

I need the documents to be sent to me as a matter of urgency. This service is highly unacceptable.
