Bad Service

Poor service and no feedback given to me regarding my credit card application. they asked me to send them my documents and when I did a follow up to check if they have received my docs, I was told their system is down so they cannot retrieve the email for my documents. I regret why I did not accept the offer from the other banks because now I must deal with poor customer service.
