Bad service

Last year in August 2021 I entered an agreement with ABSA for Home insurance after buying a new house. In February 2022 I tried claiming for my damage roof and my claim was declined I decided to look for a new Home insurance. In September 2022 I manage to enter a new Home insurance agreement with an new service provide starting on 1st November 2022. I am trying to cancel the ABSA agreement and I sent an email but I am not getting help.
