Bad service

'The push notification sent to your mobile number was unsuccesfull. Please dial the 8 digit number sent to your device now' I've since been waiting to receive that digit for 22 minutes 32 seconds until I hung up. Absa stop wasting people's time and airtime and actually sort out your system problem.... Now, please ask your Homeloan department to explain why I had received a notification from them that 'my flexi reserve facility' was cancelled as agreed". I did not send such an instruction.
