Bad service bad bank bad everything

This bank is the worst. We made a change to ABSA thinking it would be better for us! Worst mistake ever. Our account is in a minus all the time. They put debit orders through allthough we did not have funds in the account. And then when you want to reverse that debit order sorry sir its on "Managers referral" after we did not give premission for the people to debit our account or anything. The worst frwaking bank!!!!!!!!! I work 12 hour shifts I cant go into the bank and they dont worry if you have a family to provide for. Worst ever!!!!!!!!
