Bad Service

I am not happy with Absa, I've been their client for a very long time. I app**** for a loan last week even now I haven't heard from them. My application was approved but no consultant called me to finalize the application. When I call they put me on hold for almost 30minutes then hang up. I am so dissapointed with their online services. Can I please be assisted .
