Bad service

Good day I have a problem, on the 29th January 2021...i phoned absa home loans department regarding the debit order change, because i no longer use my capitec account.moved to fnb....the lady that i spoke to sent me document to fill and sign...because it's a joint bond.i did exactly that and emailed back the document on the 1st February 2021...so today i received an email stating that the "request your debit order has been loaded effective on 28 February 2021..Please note that we unable to change your debit order date as your next payment is due soon" Absa took 7 days to process my simple request and now they telling me this?. How am i supposed to have funds in my old capitec account weres i changed everything from my employer as well, regarding my payment....the debit order will bounce and that's what I dnt like because I'm very cautious regarding my credit score.
