Bad Service!

I have never experienced such bad service at ABSA kokstad branch. I sat here for more than 2 hours waiting to make a deposit by the tellers, when I took up with the manager she was rude and did not want me lodge a complaint physically in the complaints box, instead she told me that there's nothing they can do, they closing down the tellers. Is this the service that now ABSA is delivering to it's client's??? This is frustrating!!!! This is slowing down OUR business operations as well!! KENNY FIHLA please do something about the service delivery at ABSA kokstad!
