Bad service at Absa Malven

HI All<br> <br> I'm really disappointed by the service at Absa Malvern, on Tuesday I went to branch to complain that my bank card was ****** on Sunday and I only realized that on Monday because there were with-drawls in my account. The lady at branch gave me a form to complete so that the bank can investigate want happen with all the with-drawls.<br> <br> The lady committed to log my form on Tuesday and when i went to the branch the lady told me that she hasn't log the form and she was very rude. Till today Absa Malvern they not doing anything regarding want happened to my account.<br> <br> Before I close my account with Absa I will like the management to understand how rude their client services in the branch
