Bad service at absa

I have big problem with absa this year June i received a message from them that i should fica my account i did that i went to them and give them all the documents they want they even told me that my fica has been approved everything is fine I'm surprised last week Thursday i received a message from absa that my account has been blocked i should fica my account they didn't give me a warning that my account will be closed i went to absa mabopane station i didn't get any help how can i fica my account within 4 months i though i was done with fica now my son didn't go to school that money in that account is for his transport from absa trust fund all i can say I'm done with absa.
