Bad service at Absa bank cape town

Good day, Today I was at Absa branch in Cape town, we went there to receive the will but the service was very bad really..

We we're waiting more than an a hour.

And they told us they gonna send the Will to Absa but the lady working there told us she can't give it because she first need confirmation but why would they send the Will to Absa but can't give it to us and it was wrong information they sended the wrong will aswell, I was sitting whole day
