BAD SERVICE AT ABSA BANK

Good Morning, Yesterday i was at Absa the GROVE MALL in Pretoria East, The lady who helped me i forgot if her name is Maggie or what but she had a hair style similar to dreadlocks, i have never in the history of my life been locked down and disrespected by a person like that, she looked at my statements and documents which i had on me and saying it is not possible for me to be getting the amounts on my statements, meaning only people with certain looks s can get the amount i get monthly, and she went on again saying the Allowance i get monthly can not be used because men disappoint but it was coming from a malicious place, it is not our problem that her husband does not give her money but it sounded like that with the remarks she was doing. as someone who have been with Absa since i was a teen i do not know why i am still with this banks if its consultants do not value their customers.
