Bad service and Not dressing appropriately

I visited an Absa branch in Turfloop Mankweng for card collection on the 26th of April 2022.I received an awful service from one of the staff members as she was being rude. I tried to check her name Only to find out that all staff members had no Name tags on them.

And also as I was looking around two staff members were not wearing formally,they were wearing slipers(sleeping shoes).I saw that as a form of disrespect and negligence.
