Bad Service and no communication!

ABSA is so pathetic! I had arranged for a payment relief plan on my Personal Loan and once the period was over I got a call from an aABSA agent telling me that it will be divided as per usual but NO it was not! Now they sent my account to collections for their own fault and I now you call this collections department which takes forever to answer! I am really annoyed with this service!!!!! It’s beyond horrible!!!!!
