Bad Service and "attempted theft"

Got a hole loan approved through them, via iGrow... Hadn't received any comms directly from Absa, yet the first debit order is set to run in 2 days. No welcome pack, no comms on how the account works. Hell, didn't even know what my account number was. Had to go inside the branch to get all the details. Worst of all, I'm not even allowed to get online banking access to manage and view the account myself. To get online access I would have to open up a transactional account first!!! ****************!! Already being charged the monthly service fee on the loan, now they want to charge for have a transactional account as well, which I have no need for!!! This is why I hate retail banks. Trying to ***** every rand by trying to force me to open a transactional account just to be able to view my loan account... NEVER! *******!
