Bad service

Absa Bank Kenilworth service is absolutely pathetic. There is no one to tell you where o wait or who you must see. There are only 2 consultants working and no other staff in site. So I must wait hours just to obtain my new bank card because they wouldn't deliver to my work address only to my home address but I can't take off a whole day of work to wait for my card
