Bad Service & ******* acts

I am utterly disappointed in ABSA for such a greedy act they messed up my credit score by sending my paid up account to legal and now no one wants to take responsibility of it. Last year upon selling one of my cars back to them I used fast buy and a lady by the name of Mpho was the one who assisted and assured me that everything is in order.

Only to find out now that they took my FULLY PAID account to legal and flagged on my Experian which affected my credit score, I wasted my resources again and again and no one wants to take account. My credit score is down by 15 points because of ABSA and Mpho and the whole department from Fastbuy I don’t know if this is their way of making money from us but this is *********.

I would like someone from their department to fix it, I got promised that Jacob M from their department will call and nothing happened till now. One of the ladies I called gave me the wrong number of the legal department and she claimed that the so called Mpho is not available.
