bad service accounts dont know what they doing

hi i am so disappointed with the service at Absa it is so difficult to get a hold of one deparment everyone picks up then says hold on and it goes until you get so fustrated and hang up all my time an money/airtime . my problem is that money went in my cheque account i they debited my account of R1400 for absaloan that they took out money on teh 24th July , i want my money back in my account today or else they will pay me tripple the amount
